A Shiny New Year

A bright, shiny new year! Welcome to 2024!

The world is such an interesting place, isn’t it? So much beauty; so much to learn; so many opportunities for joy. The beginning of a new year is always exciting and many strive to make changes to improve not only themselves, but their lives. Anything is possible if we put our mind to it!

Last year, I embarked on a new journey after learning about the Slow Living movement. Even after nearly a year of adopting this lifestyle, I am still learning. I’ve found it is not something you simply learn and adopt and live – it is not that easy! I firmly believe that this is the beauty of the lifestyle; it requires cultivating a mindset and attitude of self-awareness and this is not an easy thing in this day and age. There is a freedom in this mindset, and the excitement of recognizing the opportunities to exercise it is unlike any other challenges I have taken on. I have included a link below for anyone who might be interested in what Slow Living is all about.

I’m excited to share the news that Soul Carving, my book baby, officially launched in December. I’m so thrilled and can’t believe this is actually happening! If you have any book lovers in your life that are searching for a unique story, Soul Carving is available on Amazon and will soon be found on Apple, Kobo, and Nook. If real paper books are your book lover’s preference, it’s available in print through Amazon and Lulu. The print copies are so gorgeous - I love the look and feel of the cover!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the gift of your time. I wish the very best for you in the new year that is before us and thank you so much for your support!

Much love to you in this beautiful New Year!

A bit of introspection as fall begins to show its face
